Do not sell or share my personal information
Since cap-rate.com neither sells nor shares your personal information, you don't have anything to opt out of.
What it means
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar laws, you can stop a site from selling your data. You can also stop it from sharing your data for targeted ads.
There are no ad trackers, third-party scripts or accounts on this site. Whatever you enter never goes outside your browser.
Privacy signals in browsers
A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser doesn't change anything here, since no information is sold or shared in the first place.
The little that this site does count appears in the privacy policy.
